A Fine Vienna Porcelain Cabinet Plate, circa late 19th century, Possibly by B Wagner, signed indistinctly to lower left, decorated with a painted figure of a semi clad female, within a tooled gilt and cobalt blue border of foliate scrolls and classical vignettes, to underside titled "Epanouissement" also stamped with D 233 and blue beehive mark for Vienna, 36cm diameter
